“Whenever we touch nature, we get clean. People who have gotten dirty through too much civilization take a walk in the woods, or a bath in the sea.
Entering the unconscious, entering yourself through dreams, is touching nature from the inside - it is the same thing. Things are put right again.”
...filled with psychedelic imagery and wild plotlines.
They take us beyond this plane and into magical, unicorn-having, alternate dimensions -every single night.
But somehow we still mostly ignore them (Gasp. Faint.) to rush toward our mundane daily slog of parking tickets and coffee cups like sad little bots with sad little beige lives.
This. Is. INSANE.
Dreams are fantastical worlds of wonder...
Because deep down, we sense that a dream always comes to teach us something we don’t already know –
That it comes to communicate treasures and cheat codes that can be monumental to our waking lives.
The Dreammaker shows up for us like a faithful servant full of gifts that - when unlocked - can be used to:
Solve stubborn
waking challenges.
Connect back to the magic of the entire cosmos.
Experience and express more
of who we
really are

One session was more fun and productive than almost 9 months with my old therapist.
Having Amanda help me understand what my dreams were trying to communicate to me was AMAZING! Amanda is a psychology and dream genius.

Short of doing ayahuasca every single night, dreams are the only one-stop-shop where our surface persona - our deep unconscious shadow- and the transcendent marvel of Spirit itself - have nightly board meetings where they all pitch ideas and determine next-steps to upgrade your life.
So just like you wouldn’t ignore a profound aya journey - it is straight bananas to brush off your dreams as nonsensical or unimportant anymore. Period.
It was Carl Jung (psychology trailblazer) who said, “We have forgotten the age old fact that God speaks chiefly through dreams and visions.”
HE WASN'T WRONG
If you aren’t remembering your dreams regularly, here are a few things you can try:
Everybody dreams. It’s scientifically proven!
Ask a question before falling asleep, with the intent that the dream will have the answer encoded for you. Do this every night until you remember a dream.
Ask for a clarification dream on a dream you remember from the past.
DID YOU KNOW
1.
Avoid cannabis and alcohol for at least 4 hours before bed.
2.
Ask the Dreamweaver to send you a dream. Be persistent.
Do this every night until you remember one. It may take a few weeks.
OR
OR
Write down (or dictate to your phone) anything you remember every day, even if it’s just ‘I remember nothing and had a restless night’s sleep’ or ‘I think maybe the color green was involved.”
When you do remember a dream, write it down. Thank the mind for showing it to you. Do something small in your waking life to ‘concretize’ the dream: e.g. If you had a dream about the ocean, pour yourself a glass of water and cheers to the ocean from your dream as you drink it.
Immediately upon waking...

I had hangups from past relationships and couldn't really be myself in the dating scene.
We began to explore my dreams, and I saw my fears of abandonment and rejection. I knew this already, but dreamwork helped me understand what to actually do about it.
I’m more open and honest with my feelings, which has now allowed me to connect with someone new!

(the un-fun cousin of Junk in the Trunk) that’s leading to unnecessary misunderstandings and drama in your relationships.
If you're like most people, you're either:
Groundhog Day Style: you have a vague sensation you’re ignoring some deeper calling—life is repetitive, full of heaviness, and devoid of growth and newness.
Where daily life feels like a psychological thriller marathon.
Dreamwork can help!
Dealing with
Emotional Baggage
Stuck in a Rut
Living in Anxiety City
In Creative Purgatory
Feeling less inspired than the screenwriters who botched that final season of Game of Thrones.
OR
Disconnected from Purpose
Drifting through life without a clear direction, wondering what the hell you’re actually supposed to be doing here (eating cheesecake and paying the electric bill aside).

Dreamwork [with Amanda] is wild. It reminds you you're always being guided by a smarter, higher part of you that wants to help you. And if you learn to pay attention, you get rewarded.
I’ve learned that in a way, dreams are realer than anything we experience here.
But what's even crazier is how it can help you wayyyy faster than other modalities. At least for me.

Getting Un-Stuck in areas of life that feel sticky: (Love, Money, Career, Self-Esteem, Confidence, Unhealthy Patterns, etc.)
Dream Interpretation can help with:
Having a direct experience of God (Think less ‘bearded man’ and more ‘Benevolent All-That-Is-Ness’)
Uncovering Unconscious fears, desires, needs, and motivations (which, by the way, drive over 90% of our behavior and can’t be accessed directly)
Re-balancing your ways of being - including exploring your unlived life, neglected modes of expression, and shunned character traits.
Bringing renewal of motivation, clarity, and life force to the waking experience.
All in a way that conscious modalities alone (e.g. yoga, talk therapy, martial arts, journaling..)–as valuable and essential as they are –simply can’t.
Other potential perks:
Self-Awareness
EQ and Emotional Regulation
Problem-Solving Skills
Personal Growth
Stress Reduction
Creativity
Sleep Quality
Heightened Intuition

“The unconscious is the dark being within that hears what our conscious ears do not hear, and sees what our conscious eyes do not perceive…
We only become aware of this unheard hearing, this unseen seeing, when the unconscious sends us these forgotten images in dreams.”
Detailed models of the psyche (like Jung’s) unlock untold levels of potential
(and not the type you thought that last guy had).
This potential is accessed mostly through making the unconscious conscious.
When we understand this, we see how powerful dreams are, because they act as a messenger, a guide, a bridge - between the unconscious and the conscious.
The language of the unconscious is one of symbols - and that is exactly why the power (and encoded messaging) of dreams lies in their imagery.
By learning how to translate the symbolic language of dreams, we get to connect with our unconscious material - to pull it up into consciousness - to understand, appreciate, and use it for our benefit.
When we can interpret the language of the unconscious (and speak it back!) we have immense power to change the trajectory of our lives.

Hi. I'm Amanda.
I'm a dog lover, feral adventurer, Master’s-Level Jungian Spiritual Psychology Coach, Dream Analyst - and vivid dreamer.
In both myself and my clients, I’ve seen time and time again how Dream Journeying and Analysis can open up entire worlds that are otherwise inaccessible:
I’ve watched people experience:
Spiritually transformative experiences
Psychic and precognitive guidance
Vivid conversations with their unconscious
Soul communication sessions with the living and dead
And practical solutions to stubborn waking problems
All through the gift of dreamwork.
And if any of that makes you feel just a little bit more alive, you’ve come to the right place...

I was in this phase with overspending my money. It just felt like I couldn’t get it together for some reason.
My dreams showed me messages and ideas over and over… it was all in front of my face the whole time!
It's cool to finally see it, and use it. I actually see a difference already.
I would recommend working with Amanda to anyone stuck in a rut that's been causing them grief for too long. She’ll help you see things in a way that changes everything.

Our dominant attitudes, approaches, and propensities need to be counterbalanced. Switched up. Taken down a notch.
In dreams we experience the approaches opposite to our default:
Whether they show up as a sibling, as a symbol, as ourselves acting out of character, or as Abraham Lincoln smoking a vape and riding a quad, they are often the unexpressed elements of Self we didn’t even know existed.
To engage these elements in waking life - is insanely powerful and beneficial. This is when the dialogue between Ego and Self begins - the road that leads the individual toward Wholeness and Individuation.
While Jung believed that most people default to one of the eight main types of attitudes - making the other 87% of their reality blurry at best and invisible at worst -
…avid Dreamworkers extract knowledge and direct experiences from their dreams that expand their universal perspective and bring them closer to experiencing the world as it is. This also lends a more empowered approach to life’s challenges, and increases the opportunities the mind is able to perceive..
Our dreams are also a necessity for us to have functional balance.
-MARIE-LOUISE VON FRANZ
“When we pay attention to our dreams a self-regulating tendency in the soul comes into play which counterbalances the
one-sidedness of consciousness or completes it, so that a kind of wholeness and a life’s optimum is achieved.”

The results of my dream work have been incredible—I've found my backbone and drawn boundaries with family members that would've been too scary before. I know what I really want next. I have my own back. I feel more confident and secure than before.
I learned there are forces loving and supporting you every minute of life. I'm never alone. I’m guided. That is a tremendous emotional comfort.
I highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking to break down the barriers that hold them back in love - or life in general.

Write down (and do a rough sketch - doesn’t have to be a Van Gogh) everything you remember about the dream.
You can (and should) regularly do independent Dream Analysis too!
Free associate with the main symbols of the dream - first personal associations (‘I was fishing. My dad used to take me fishing which meant a lot to me…’) then collective ones (‘teach a man to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime’ - or - ‘fish archetypically represent shadow elements living deep in the unconscious waters’).
Connect the dream plot to what’s happening internally - all characters in the dream represent different aspects of our own psyche looking for expression!
DID YOU KNOW?
1.
2.
3.
Disregard any interpretation that flatters you, or that you were already conscious of.
4.
Determine what you’re being invited to work toward in waking life - what are you being encouraged to do, express, admit, explore, feel, or see? How can you do that in a practical, tangible way?
5.
Concretize the dream with a small ritual - this bridges the conscious waking mind with the unconscious dreaming mind, strengthening the relationship and increasing fluidity and clarity around solutions for your life. This can look like: dancing to a song with a similar feel as the dream, or putting a feather on your desk after a dream about flying or birds. Always send gratitude for the messages lovingly sent to you by dreams - as part of your ritual.

With each session, I gained clarity about what Amanda called my “unlived desires” and “compensatory parts of my personality” that wanted to be expressed more. It absolutely blew me away, and gave me goosebumps.
This helped me show up differently on dates and become more authentic and playful overall.
I noticed real changes in my relationships, leading to more trust. I can confidently say that this process has transformed not just my love life but my entire perspective on dealing with other people. I'm grateful for the guidance and results I've experienced!
